Description
Copilot is not able to make/test updates to the specs dashboards:
```
⚠️ Warning: I tried to connect to the following addresses, but was blocked by firewall rules:
- `telemetry.astro.build.`
- Triggering Command: `node /home/REDACTED/work/typespec-azure/typespec-azure/website/node_modules/.bin/../astro/astro.js build ` (dns block)
- Triggering Command: `root process (pid 0)` (dns block)
If you need me to access, download, or install something from one of these locations, you can either:
- Configure Actions setup steps (https://gh.io/copilot/actions-setup-steps) to set up my env before the firewall is enabled.
- Add the appropriate URLs or hosts to my firewall allow list (https://gh.io/copilot/firewall-config)
Research direction
Start by reviewing the repository configuration and the related pull request at https://github.com/Azure/typespec-azure/pull/3097, then compare the Copilot firewall guidance in the linked documentation. Done means Copilot can update and test the specs dashboards without the telemetry.astro.build network block.
