Spec repo structure v2 can we not have duplicate examples

Right now we copy input examples files to the swagger output dir.
Feels like we might be able to not do that and just reference the original one instead reducing a lot the number of noisy files in a PR.

With the repo structure v2 I think it is working a bit better as the ref to the examples wouldn't be way up in a different folder
