Support for HTTP Query operation

### Clear and concise description of the problem

Hi, I have a requirement where we used POST to GET Information from the Data store. We were looking for something like this "https://httpwg.org/http-extensions/draft-ietf-httpbis-safe-method-w-body.html".

Creating this issue to add support for this operation?
