Check existing modules for Azure on Terraform Registry

There are about 100 modules for Azure registered on the [Terraform Registry](https://registry.terraform.io/browse?provider=azurerm).

Some of them are a bit outdated, may need some updates or may have stop working. One good first issue for beginners could be to check on those modules and report the one that are not up to date.
By doing that, you will definitely get more familiar with Terraform and modules.

Start with the unchecked module links in the Terraform Registry and inspect each listed Azure module's current version and status. Report modules that are outdated or no longer work, and use an issue comment to claim a module before investigating it.
