Description
**Describe the bug**
Reproduced the steps in Azure Console
1. Create a Function App in Azure in South Central US
2. Create a Static App in Central US
3. Under Static Web App settings choose API
4. Click Link
5. Link the Function App located in South Central US
6. Shows Error "Cannot find RegionalGeomaster with name southcentralus"
