Disclose File Size as parts of Build Process

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
I hit the limit of 250mb free tier. This was probably as I had not optimized things like images. As a short-term fix, I upgraded but would like to know when I fall under the 250mb again.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
As part of the building print out the total size of files so we can easily see how close we are to limits.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Doing this as part of the local build however it is not clear if this is a match.
