**Describe the bug**
Inside a PR the environment URL gets posted multiple times, even if the URL is the same. This ends up in spam and is not useful.
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Create a PR
2. Push multiple commits
3. -> Multiple environment URLs getting posted as URLs
**Expected behavior**
A single comment is enough, since the URL is the same in all the comments.
