Azure Static Web App can't be reached

**Describe the bug**

Our static web app can't be reached. Trying to redeploy results in `We are currently experiencing problems communicating with our content server. Please try again later or file an issue if this behavior continues.`

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Try to load static web app
2. Try to re-deploy static web app

**Expected behavior**
Site loads and can be deployed
