Gzip/Brotli compression of static assets served from Azure SWA with Enterprise Edge enabled

Description
It is very unusual and unexpected to see that something as basic as static asset compression is unavailable when Enterprise Edge is enabled for Azure SWA. In the absence of compression, loading these assets takes significantly longer on the client-side.
This should enabled quickly for an "Enterprise" service.
