Description

- Environment variables cannot be updated in the Azure Portal with a request timed out error

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to Environment Variables
2. Add a new Entry
3. Click Save
4. See error

**Expected behavior**
New Environment variables should save

**Device info (if applicable):**
- OS: Windows 10
- Browser Chrome
- Version 122.0.6261.113

**Additional context**
- Might be related but at some point this evening, I had also deleted one of my preview environments. Don't know if that would cause the issue though.
- I have also observed that creting new environments (via azure github action from template) is no longer copying the environment variables from the production environment
