Control static-web-apps-deploy PR URL

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
I'm using Azure/static-web-apps-deploy@v1.

Whenever I create a PR it's creating an URL with the PR, like

https://foo-bar-12345-**381**.westeurope.azurestaticapps.net/

but I want that also PRs are deployed like master to:

https://foo-bar-12345.westeurope.azurestaticapps.net/

**Describe the solution you'd like**
There seems to be no option to control this behaviour.

Please make it configurable.
