AzureStaticWebApp@0 'api token confusing'

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

The documentation of AzureStaticWebApp@0 misses a couple of things.

**Expected behavior**
1) The 'api token' described here is the deployment token, no? You don't need an API for SWA. _Consistent naming_ everywhere makes life for newbies so much easier.

2) Says "Not required if passed as an environment variable" - where is this documented? I tried setting the swa CLI's SWA_CLI_DEPLOYMENT_TOKEN variable, but no effect.

Just had to pass variable directly, when I got it working.
Am I doing it wrong? What environment variable is it searching for?
