How to call BYO Function API using Postman when AAD Auth is enabled

Hi,
I am using a BYO Powershell function and have turned on AAD auth for my SWA. When using the browser and accessing my SWA I get the AAD login page and can login and authenticate fine, once logged in my SWA can call my function and all works great. I'd like to be able to call my function using postman however Postman keeps responding with a Sign In page. I am able to get a beaker token successfully via postman however it doesn't seem to help. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks
