Add ability to set minimum cipher suite

Description
It would be nice to be able to set a minimum cipher suite, similar to what is done for web apps, to only allow the more secure suites.
Without this, security scans, like [Qualys](https://ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html), will also flag some of the cipher suites as weak.
