Description

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
My web project is Deno based so I'm trying to run all my dependences through Deno.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
A execution workflow that doesn't seem to depend on the `node` executable.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
I did get pretty far with ` deno install -g npm:@azure/static-web-apps-cli -n swa` but got stuck at trying to run the emulator:
```
Welcome to Azure Static Web Apps CLI (2.0.5)
Using configuration "webmain" from file:
C:\dev\projects\sites\webmain\swa-cli.config.json
***********************************************************************
* WARNING: This emulator may not match the cloud environment exactly. *
* Always deploy and test your app in Azure. *
***********************************************************************
'node' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
✖ SWA emulator stopped because .
```
**Additional context**
Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here.
Note if you use\test this, swa needs plenty of permissions. Add this to the swa stub:
`"--allow-sys" "--allow-env" "--allow-read" "--allow-run" "--allow-write" "--allow-net"`
