Failed to Deloy with "swa deploy --env production --deployment-token "

Description
When I am using the command below to deploy
swa deploy --env production --deployment-token
It shows errors as below and the download is running like forever:
I have been using this way to deploy my app to azure static web app for month and worked before.
But from this week, it failed.
I tried different version of the swa client:
1. 19449a00c0269fefc8f29a6d01801c4b19308181
2. 9fea2433ed4cd2d5d404d88a50f7cb2f283dcb92
3. c25b033e400580829b0fea1fc7fb566139ab61c0
Anyone can help?
