Management checklist throwing error when run in workbook

### ⚠️ Problem Description

Under the Management tab I am getting following error when run the ALZ checklist workbook:

Please provide below info when asking for support: timestamp = 2025-03-31T08:19:29.9479742Z, correlationId = 1a7951b7-c74b-4566-80be-061aa21a8a23....: "Query is invalid. Please refer to the documentation for the Azure Resource Graph service and fix the error before retrying. 'where' operator: Failed to resolve column or scalar expression named 'compliant' Filter expression should be Boolean..."

### 🛠️ Steps to Reproduce

1) Create a Runbook
2) click on the code
3) Gallery template
4) copy the code from alz_checklist.en_workbook.json
5) click apply
6) And it will show you the relevant data but under the Management tab I am getting the error as mentioned above

Open alz_checklist.en_workbook.json and reproduce the issue through the Management tab using the listed Runbook and Gallery template steps. Start with the Azure Resource Graph query that references `compliant`; done means the Management tab runs without the reported invalid-query error and shows its relevant data.
