we are planning to deprecate `@azure/core-http` in the near future. It looks that the usage in this repo are
- HttpMethods
- HttpHeaders
we have similar API in the newer `@azure/core-rest-pipeline` package. https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-js/tree/main/sdk/core/core-rest-pipeline
