Walking through the Quick Start I get the

NOT SUPPORTED: keyword "id", use "$id" for schema ID error

when I `ng add @azure/ng-deploy`

Reproduce the Quick Start flow with `ng add @azure/ng-deploy` using the reported Angular CLI and Node versions, then trace which step emits the unsupported `id` keyword error.
