Run with Payload option is not working with additional parameters for request Trigger

### Describe the Bug with repro steps

Issue :
Run with payload option always fail with relative path and method parameters


[TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS]

From HAR traces we can see that batch request method is always "OPTIONS" which fails with 404 not found and the next POST call never happens


With POSTMAN I could confirm that POST method Succeeded with 202 accepted


However the POSTMAN OPTIONS method : Failure 404 not found


Same configuration works fine with Logic app consumption

Could you please help us understand the behavior change in LA standard and fix the issue.
