While working on Consumption portal testing in canary got an issue, not able to edit or add in draft version after coming back from published version.

### Steps to Reproduce the Bug or Issue
a. Select the Outlook – when a new email arrives trigger.
b. Select the HTTP as action
Method: Post
URL: create url from Request.Bin
Body: Select the tokens from the Outlook (etc. body)
c. Save and run flow, make sure flow run successfully
d. Switch back to draft version
