When called logic app fails the problem is not visible in calling logic app

### Describe the Bug with repro steps

1. Create a logic app called "main"
2. Create a logic app called "sub"
3. In "main" make a call to "sub" using the designer
4. in "sub" logic app create logic that fails for some payload items but not all
5. Run "main" using a payload with several items where some of them but not all should fail in "sub"
6. Check result of the execution on "main". It looks like it ran okay (it is green) even though some of the "sub" executions failed
