Description
Hello, when working with the default everything is working fine.
But when I try to change the website to HTTPS - is is no longer working.
In the section, I changed `value="http://pamsrv:8090" ` to `value="https://pamsrv:8090" ` as described in [Microsoft Docu](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-identity-manager/pam/step-4-install-mim-components-on-pam-server#optional-set-up-the-sample-web-application) & the rest stays the same. The site itself is working but the approval is showing ErrorCode 0
