Migrating from on StorageAccount to another

Is there a best practice for migrating a task hub from one storage account to another?

I have created several task hubs, all using the same storage account. My concern is that as usage will increase, we'll start getting throttled from Storage. I'd like to "separate" some of the task hubs to dedicated accounts. Is there a "safe" way to do it, without losing data?
