Description
Method `public static MessagingFactory CreateSenderMessagingFactory(..) ` does not work with Service Bus for Windows Server.
Not all token provider support SAS tokens and in the future might not support it. For example Service Bus for Windows Server connection string does not contain SAS Keys.
This is huge breaking change for our projects.
