History of deleted/detached resources

I would like to be able to browse through a history of removed/detached resources.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Additional read-only field on API + portal visualisation with resources (resourceIDs) that were deleted/detached when running a deployment stack with date and initiator

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Resource creation can be browsed by examining deployments, but detaching can be only visible right after a deployment stack is updated.
It would be good to have an audit log when a resource was detached and from which stack. Perhaps an entry into activity log? However some change history would be nice to have on stack for audit purpose.
