Easier way to send session context to azure sql

Hi,
- Having custom claims is difficult if not really supported
- Can we have a way to send session context to the runtime? It feels a bit overkill to set session_context for all claims anyway
Via header maybe?
- Authentication provider "AzureAD" is not quite true, basically any OpenID provider will work (I know you are selling this as Azure stuff but still....) I tested it and my request is authenticated.
