Search box in Notebooks Gallery Tab doesn't populate on clicking a tag


Expected behavior:
After clicking any tag from a notebooks card, the search box in Gallery Tab should show the tag

Reproduce the issue in the Notebooks Gallery Tab by clicking a tag on a notebook card and observing the search box. Trace the tag-click flow and make the search box display the selected tag; done when this works for any tag and the expected behavior is verified.
