Unable to edit query after executing stored procedure

Description

1. Open a query tab
2. Open a stored procedure
2. Execute the stored procedure
2. Go back to query tab
3. You will not be able to edit the query

Suspect there is some issue here with multiple copies of Monaco on the page. Will take some further investigation
