Research direction

Reproduce the Azure Cosmos DB role-assignment UI for a Service Principal and compare it with the PowerShell result for Microsoft.DocumentDB/databaseAccounts/readMetadata. Done means Cosmos DB Built-in Data Reader and Cosmos DB Built-in Data Contributor are visible and assignable in the UI.
