Description
**Describe the bug; what happened?**
I'm seeing the mute option on the video tile context menu, on a one-to-one call, but this is an invalid option.
**What are the steps to reproduce the issue?**
Place a call, with one participant. In the context menu, try selecting the Mute Option.
**What behavior did you expect?**
I would not expect this option to render, if it does not work on a one-to-one call
**If applicable, provide screenshots:**
**In what environment did you see the issue?**
- `@azure/communication-react` npm package version (if applicable): [e.g. 1.3.0] "1.32.0-beta.1"
- `@azure/communication-calling` npm package version (if applicable): [e.g. 1.5.4-beta.1] "1.41.1-beta.1"
- `@azure/communication-chat` npm package version (if applicable): [e.g. 1.2.2] "1.6.0"
- OS & Device: [e.g. MacOS, iOS, Windows, Linux] on [iPhone 7, PC] Microsoft Windows 11 Pro
- Browser: [e.g. Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Mozilla FireFox] Microsoft Edge
- Browser Version: [e.g. 1.8.0] 146.0.3856.72
**Is there any additional information?**
Is there a way to override this, and not have this as an option in the context menu, for a one-to-one call?

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue in a one-to-one call using the reported @azure/communication-react environment, then trace the video tile context menu behavior. Done means the Mute option no longer renders for one-to-one calls, or the supported override is clearly identified and verified.
