Description

**Describe the bug**
The hyperlinks are not clickable on the native mobile UI for both Android and iOS. Enabling rich text on the web when sending hyperlinks modifies how the links are rendered on the mobile, but they are still not clickable.

**To Reproduce**
1. Open AZ chat messaging composite
2. Send a message from the mobile chat, or to the mobile chat
3. You cannot open an outgoing/incoming link in your mobile browser

**Expected behavior**
The chat link should open in the default mobile brower.

**AzureCommunicationUILibrary (please complete the following information):**
Version ui-chat:1.0.0-beta.3

**Smartphone (please complete the following information):**
Devices:
- Samsung Galaxy A8 / API 37
- iPhone 14 / iOS 18.3.2

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue in the AZ chat messaging composite on Android and iOS with incoming and outgoing hyperlinks. Trace how chat messages render links in the native mobile UI, then verify that selecting a link opens the device's default mobile browser.
