Hover for Show Visualizer shows resource attributes

In this case, hovering over a specific resource in the Show visualizer will show a simple bulleted view of all of the attributes of this resource. I'm not totally sure how many of the defaults we would show or if we would only showcase the values the user explicitly declared in the Bicep file.

Then we could highlight any of the depends on values in a different color (maybe yellow?).

This will help bring added value to the visualizer view.

Review the Show visualizer and its existing resource-hover behavior first. Clarify whether hovering should show default attributes, only values declared in the Bicep file, or both, and define how depends-on values should be distinguished. Done means the agreed attribute view and highlighting behavior are implemented and verified in the visualizer.
