Description
It might be nice if we showed the release notes markdown associated with a bicep release when running `az bicep upgrade`. I noticed that zsh does this when installing a new version, but I'm sure other tools do this as well. ~~I don't have a screenshot handy, but will grab it the next time I upgrade zsh.~~
