Show result of deployment in VS Code

It would be great to show the up-to-date resources created in an Azure account from within VS Code. One way we could do this would be to leverage the Resource groups extension (which would require an Azure login) to provide a deep link over to the specific resource group and resources

This would require a dependency on the [Resource groups extension](https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=ms-azuretools.vscode-azureresourcegroups)
