Description

**Bicep version**
Identifier: ms-azuretools.vscode-bicep
Version: 0.37.4

**Describe the bug**
I got from the vscode repo that this should be reported here, ref: Please read https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/issues/267335

In short: When using GitHub Copilot to fix bicep code, VS Code suddenly shows problems related to the temporarily tries for fixes done by GitHub Copilot (as shown in the screendump). Refer to the referenced issue for details.

The only way to work around this is to delete a lot of different caches for the Github Copilot, or as Copilot suggested, disable Copilot...

The VSCode people states that this is an extension issue, so I posted this here instead.

Start by reading the linked VS Code issue and reproduce the behavior with Bicep extension version 0.37.4 while using GitHub Copilot to fix Bicep code. Done means temporary Copilot fix attempts no longer appear as persistent problems in VS Code; the issue names no files or tests to run.
