**Bicep version**
cli: Bicep CLI version 0.36.177 (09988bb4ae)
VSCode: v0.34.44
**Describe the bug**
I want to use onlyIfNotExist experimental feature and thus upgraded my bicep version in terminal with az bicep upgrade as the VSCdoe extension didn't show any update to newer version.
But when doing so i lose any bicep intellisense in VSCode.
**To Reproduce**
Install latest bicep extension in VSCode wich is v0.34.44. Go to terminal and run az bicep upgrade
