Description

Hello,

The rule name should clearly indicate its focus on AVM modules, as mentioned: "Non-Azure Verified Modules are retired from the public module registry" ([source](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-resource-manager/bicep/modules#public-module-registry)).

Also, if you look at PR #14309 for this rule, there are a lot of AVM references in the comments.

With kind regards,

Cees van Altena

Research direction

Start by reviewing the existing use-recent-module-versions rule and PR #14309, especially the AVM references in its discussion. Trace where the rule name is defined and referenced, then update the name consistently so its AVM-module focus is clear; confirm related references still use the new name.
