Deployment Pane: Visualize module deployments

When using modules in the BICEP files, the nested deployment(s) aren't visualized and only the top-level deployment status is shown in the Operations panel. It would be very helpful if we can dive into the ongoing operation as well:


No files or tests are named. Start by locating the Operations panel and the code that handles module deployment status, then reproduce the issue with Bicep files containing modules. Done means nested deployments appear in the ongoing operation view and can be inspected beyond the top-level deployment.
