**OS:** Win11
**Build Version:** 0.26.54

**Repro Steps:**

1. Create a main.bicep file with the following and open it in VSCODE.
2. Select "Light High Contrast" theme.
3. Check whether the color is different between "Type" and "output".

**Expect:**
The color is different between "Type" and "output".
