Modules/Examples with modules are not supported in the Bicep Playground

Nope, just as going through and learning how to us modules and would like to share those back to the project but don't know where to put them.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Strategy for sharing bicep examples that use modules or at least a couple out there that show using multiple modules.

Start in the Bicep Playground and review how examples are currently organized. Determine where examples using modules or multiple modules should be shared, then confirm that the chosen strategy provides usable module examples for learners.
