### Description
Now that it is possible to publish sub modules that target a specific scope (e.g. Management Group, Subscription, Resource Group) are there any plans to do this for the PIM-Role-Assignment module so we can be deploying at the desired scope instead of Management Group?
This has been done for role-assignment and fits neatly with how we can scope our deployments.
