Az.ImageBuilder 0.4.2: The 'Get-AzImageBuilderTemplate' command was found in the module 'Az.ImageBuilder', but the module could not be loaded.

With the latest 0.4.2 release of Az.ImageBuilder, Deployment Script that uses PowerShell 12.3.0 started failing with:
