Description

### Operating System

Windows

### Version Information

UI for azure machine learning studio, when creating a pipeline

### Steps to reproduce

Hello,

I would like to report a bug when creating a compute instance, this only happens when creating a compute instance when building a pipeline

![image](https://github.com/Azure/azureml-examples/assets/62772035/b8261092-96c2-4de5-9194-b572534bebec)

When we click the hyperlink "Create Azure ML compute instance", this windows will pop up normally :

However, when we click on the input box for "compute name", it will not work well and will not register what we type.

### Expected behavior

Expected Behaviour: The input for compute name should listen to the keyboard correctly

### Actual behavior

It does not register what I type

### Addition information

Research direction

Start in Azure Machine Learning Studio while creating a pipeline, then follow the “Create Azure ML compute instance” hyperlink and reproduce the compute-name input problem on Windows. Done means the compute-name field accepts and registers keyboard input correctly; the issue names no repository file or test to run.
