azure ml studio not showing "view profile" button in pipeline page

### Steps to reproduce

1. Created and completed pipeline in Azure Machine Learning Studio (through the Python SDK)
2. Pipeline terminated correctly, and shows all the component, their inputs and their outputs, correctly.

But no button "view profile" is shown to see the execution time of each component (see screenshot below, there should be a profiling button next to "Clone")

There should be a profiling button next to "Clone", in pipeline page of my workspace, in AML studio.

There is no profiling button next to "Clone", in pipeline page of my workspace, in AML studio.
