Fix AzureML 101 tutorial following hands-on workshop

This adds multiple issues together to make it easier to report.

- in multiple notebooks in sdk v2 folder, or in e2e tutorials, we use DefaultAzureCredentials within an unnecessary try/catch
- Renaming "dataset" to "data asset"

Review the notebooks in the sdk v2 folder and the e2e tutorials, comparing them with the hands-on workshop. Identify each unnecessary DefaultAzureCredential try/catch and each use of “dataset”; done means the affected tutorials consistently use the requested credential pattern and “data asset” terminology.
