Portal usability improvements suggestions

### Improvements
1. Add link to Identity blade in the warning bar

2. Event Listeners description page is missing in the new UI

3. Strange background color for the copy icon when the line is focused

4. This icon means "open the link in a new tab", it does not fit in our case for opening a context pane

5. "Configure Persitent Storage" does not refresh the dropdown list

6. Why the Persistent Storage name is my webpubsub service name + storage name? rather than the pure storage name? Is it possible that later we could reference storage under other services?
