### Describe the bug
When scale-out a free resource to standard, the unit count box width is too small and not able to display correct value.
### To Reproduce
1. A free resource
2. Scale => Pricing Tier to Standard
3. Choose unit greater than 10, for example `20` and it will display as `2.`
### Exceptions (if any)
Units greater than 10 is not able to display correctly.
