Description
ASO already supports deployments in Azure Gov, though not explicitly. Docs indicate configuration options (see [docs](https://azure.github.io/azure-service-operator/guide/aso-controller-settings-options/)) which can be used to manage resources in the Azure Government Cloud
Most deployments in the Gov though require some level of FIPS compliance or certification
We would like to have a pathway to either produce a fully compliant and certifiable artifact, or separate artifacts. The latter being the less desirable option
