**Description**: We'd like to go over the next proposed iteration of the VoiceLive SDK.

Based on business group feedback and the schedule uncertainity of the OpenAI RealTime GA / Stable SDK timeline we'd like to review what a proposed quickly developed standalone VoiceLive SDK would look like.

We'll be primarly targeting Python and possibly JS depending on progress in the next couple of days.
